So many automotive repair shops find something wrong.You wonder if it really was necessary. I just took my car in for an oil change and they said nothing is wrong with your car. It would be a waste to do anything more. Nice!!

Bad Experience started with a guy who doesn't work there any more. So much went wrong with the entire Experience that lasted over 6 months. I won't be taking any vehicle back here. I'd rather take a chance with an unknown mechanic.

Spark plug change on my 2013 outback. Took 1hr and 15 min. Did an outstanding job. I've used Emerald before and they do great work. Highly recommend.

Available apts were great, very friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed and safe to drive. I never felt pressured and repairs were reasonably priced.

Emerald renewed coolant and replace temp sensor. All is good. Like the appointment (time of day) schedule, rather than drop off between 8-9am, had morning free to drop off at 11am. Will schedule my next maintenance/repair work at Emerald.
